A lot of people working on cloud based projects are usually using the cloud for a startup that they are either working for, or that they have started themselves. Sometimes it’s not possible to build and do everything yourself, or your team doesn’t have all of the skills necessary for every task required by the startup.
Fiverr is an amazing online marketplace for freelance services. I have used this site many times in the past to help get components made for my startup or for help in certain areas where I am no expert. This is usually on the visual side of things. I have purchased services on Fiverr to fill my graphical needs, to get marketing plans, and to have some content written when either I was too busy working on other things or when I thought I would get a better output from Fiverr than doing it myself, especially for the cost involved in purchasing the service.
Fiverr has been around since 2010 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. They offer a payment protection plan which means the services you purchase are guaranteed until you are happy with the end product. For most of the services I’ve purchased, there are usually a few final edits to the initial deliverable that need to be made before I am happy with the final product, but it is very simple to request these edits and I’ve always been happy with the end product once the edits are made.
When placing an order for any service or product on Fiverr, you’ll know what the full price is going to be right at the start. No worry in having other fees added on half way through the project. It really is a great service that they provide, and the output I’ve received from it has been top notch. Their support team is also great if you need it, but from my experience with them, that will be very rare.
The types and number of services offered by their freelancers is incredibly vast and includes categories such as Graphics & Design, Digital Marketing, Writing & Translation, Video & Animation, Music & Audio, Programming & Tech, Business and Lifestyle services. As you can see, there is likely a freelancer on their platform offering a service that will meet your, or your startups needs. Also, the freelancers are from all over the world. If you have a specific country in mind, you will likely be able to find a freelancer from that country for the project you are looking to have completed.
All in all, I think Fiverr is a great place to look when needing certain tasks completed for very reasonable prices, especially if your current team is lacking skills in certain areas. Fiverr helps fill that gap very easily.
